It all started as a journal of my progress in following a program of self-study called the Personal MBA.* The PMBA is a“curriculum” of sorts, though one does not earn a degree at the other end. Then why do it you ask? The reasoning and benefits can be found on the PMBA web site.  For more on the genesis of this web site and my PMBA studies, scroll down a bit and you’ll come to it.

Since I started this site, however, I came to the realization that I would like to talk to the world about many subjects and not just one.  So I’ve changed the direction of this site quite significantly to be more of a news and exploration destination and am bringing in guests from all walks of life to talk to me about their lives and accomplishments.

Everyone has a story they want to tell the world. And I want to share with you, my readers and listeners, the compelling stories that I have been privileged enough to be a part of in my lifetime. Through my show and my guests, I hope to also share some of my own stories with you.

Over time I expect this site to take shape into something that reflects who I am and what I think is important in the world.  I always like to hear from you too, so please feel free to share yours.

Why I’m Following the PMBA

So, my latest life project is seeing how many PMBA books I can read before my eyes permanently cross. Well, not quite. I want to see what this MBA thing is all about, but frankly I don’t have the clams to enroll in a school at the moment. Of course, that doesn’t mean I can’t learn something for myself in the meantime… and try something different…

I have a few other interests as well, and maybe I’ll post those as time goes on. They’re not really relevant to The PMBA Experiment so I won’t bore you with all that stuff, not yet anyway.

You can learn more about me on my Linkedin profile if for some reason you find what I’m doing compelling.
